Our House is an elegant construction included in the greenest district of Rome, Casal Palocco. Villa on three levels, is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the center of Rome and the sea of Ostia. Around our B&B you can enjoy the beauty of the excavations of Ostia Antica, the Natural Reserve of Castel Fusano, particularly the marine habitats of Tor Paterno.
Our B&B is the ideal environment for a stay in Rome that reconciles the comfort and relaxation with the infinite possibilities of the Eternal City. Thanks to our strategic proximity to the International Airport of Fiumicino, we provide a convenient and comfortable stay for business needs. Our B&B also provides, upon request, a shuttle to the New Fair of Rome, most important fairy space of the Capital.
We have 3 different types of rooms furnished with elegance and color.
On the second floor we have one spacious double room (that can be used as twin on request) with private bathroom. On the third floor we have two bright rooms with shared bathroom : one double (possibility to add a single bed, please contact the call centre for assistance) and one triple room composed by one double bed plus one single bed.
The common spaces is composed by the great common room adjoining the kitchen, where you enter the garden, patio and pergola.
Breakfast, biological and personal, may be served in bedroom, in living room, in the garden, surrounded by greenery, according to guests' requests

 By car
Take the exit for G.R.A. Casal Palocco, which will take you via C. Colombo. Continue straight for about 10 km and then turn right to stay on Via Canale della Lingua. Turn right and then right away Niceneto by via Semonide odi Amorgo (turn required). Turn left on first street, on Teosebio 54.

From Termini, take metro line B direction Laurentina. Get off at Eur Fermi. Take the bus 709 in direction and get off at last stop, Via Timocle. Walk to Via Timocle and turn left on Via Prassagora. Turn right onto Via Zenodoto di Efeso. Follow road through via Alessandro Magno, almost in front of you, slightly to the left, taking Via Pitide. Turn left on Teosebio 54.

 By plane
Follow Airport Road to Fiumicino/SS296, over the bridge and continue towards the Scafa of Ostia Antica Via dei Romagnoli. At the traffic light, take Via di Castel Fusano to Viale dei Pescatori. Follow it and then Via del Fosso di Dragoncello. Turn right on Canale della Lingua. Turn left to Via Niceneto and then right away by Semonide di Amorgo. Turn left on first street, on Teosebio 54.

Free cancellation with 100% money back in case of annulment on the day of reservation
50% refund of amount paid for cancellations up to 10 days before date of arrival to accommodation, no refunds after that time.
