The apartement is situated on the last of three floors of a building dated from the seventies. The balcony runs all aroud it, and is sunny during the entire day. This area is called "Parco dei Pini" (Pine tree Park), a tree-line suburb and residential and calm area. Close to Torrevecchia and Boccea avenues, where shopping is so easy and cheap ! Many links are available and close to B&B to reach easily the historical centre of Rome (Bus and subway). Bus n°916 goes straight to Piazza Venezia.

Two double bedded rooms, with antique furniture, private and separated bathrooms for each one : wc, lavabo, bath and hairdryer. For your comfort, each room is equipped with wardrobe, air conditioning, free wi-fi and television (for the moment only one room is equipped with TV). From each room you will direct access to the terrace, where you could also take your breakfast.

The B&B owner spent many years travelling all around the world. All decoration in the apartment reflects this life of globe-trotters! They will be pleased to share travel experiences in italian, english, french or spanish. They also be delighted to advice you on places to visit during your stay, but also about italian typical recipes. Fells like living at home...
