This accommodation is in a country-style house immersed in the nature of a residential area in the Aurelio neighborhood near the GRA (ring road). The garden which surrounds the house is well maintained and full of flowers making it a great place to relax and enjoy breakfast. The guest area is reached through the garden and has an independent entrance. It’s on the first floor and there are a flight of stairs to climb. There is a large living room with fireplace that provides a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of books to read on the shelves. The accommodation was entirely restructured in 2010 and there are three double rooms (beds can be separated if necessary) and three bathrooms. Two of the rooms have ensuite baths and the third has a private bathroom located outside the room. All the rooms are elegantly furnished, bright and look out onto the garden and residential area. They also all have WiFi connection, LCD TV, hair dryer, electric kettle and air conditioning. Breakfast can be served on the wood and glass veranda, in the main living room or in the garden which is romantic and welcoming. Transportation includes various bus lines that bring guests to the Via Mattia Battistini or Baldo subway stations. Otherwise the hostess can accompany you to the Aurelia station where trains arrive every 30 minutes headed for Saint Peter’s, Trastevere, Ostiense and Termini. The station has a large parking lot which is useful for anyone traveling by car and is only 5 minutes from the accommodation. Also nearby are shops and a water park. The lido of Fregene is 20 minutes away and Fiumicino airport is 15 minutes away.
