Ours apartment is situated at the first floor in a modern building and it's confortable and nice. We have four rooms, big and luminous rooms, double and single, equipped with stylish oak furniture. All rooms have air conditioning, sat tv, frigo bar, table, sofa, private bathroom with shower.

The area holds parks,shopping center,restaurants,coffee bar and monuments.Infact we are near to Basilica of San Jouan,Roman Aqueducts,Appia Antica,Quintili Villa's,Latin Area and more.

Breakfast is served from 7.00 to 11.00 a.m. Then, we are just few steps by Metro's station(Numidio Quadrato) and after 10 minutes you can arrive to Termini train station or to Ciampino Airport.For Fiumicino Airport 25 minutes. We love little pets and they are welcome. Ours b&b is a good accomodation for families and for romantic week end....Wishing everyone a very happy Roman holiday!

ci siamo davvero trovati molto bene, è l' ideale per chi vuole semplicemente un posto pulito dove poter dormire senza spendere cifre significative. la fermata vicinissima del metro è importante,la cortesia della gente che ci ha ospitato è stata davvero squisita.
