The B&B is located on the ground floor of a small building not far from the Metro station Anagnina, 20 "leads to the Termini station and the historic centre of Rome.
The atmosphere is cosy and well-kept decoration. at guests ' disposal a spacious room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a single room with en suite bathroom with shower.
Breakfast is served in the lounge or, in the summer, in the beautiful garden surrounding the House and is equipped to spend time in pleasant relaxation.

 La struttura è buona in generale. E' una struttura in periferia (ma questo lo si evince già dalla prenotazione sul sito), ubicata in una zona ben servita di negozi e molto tranquilla. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'unico piccolo problema è legato al fatto che non c'è aria condizionata ( e se fa caldo è ormai una necessità) e il bagno è in comune con gli altri. In generale, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che buono.

everything is perfect except that it's a little too far from city center, like 15 mins walking from room to metro stop, and another 30 mins taken to termini...apart from this, the host is super kind, you can easily get reach to supermarkets just 2 mins by walk, considering the small budget like me, it's absolutely a good way to save money, and the price for single room is no doubt worthyful comparing the hostel dorm bed for 35 euros per night around termini.

Les propriétaires sont trés gentils, rien à dire sur l'état du B&B.
Par contre, le B&B est éloigné du centre de Rome, il faut prendre le métro ligne 1 jusqu'au terminus (30mn) puis rejoindre le B&B (20mn à pied). Pas idéal pour des personnes qui veulent être dans le coeur de la ville et profiter le soir tard de la vie romaine (il faut savoir que les métros de la ligne 1 s'arrêtent à 21h 6 jours sur 7 jusqu'en 2012 pour cause de travaux).
