The appartment allows families or groups of friends to lodge in confort and to fully enjoy their roman holiday yust a few steps away from the Vatican and Rome’s historic center.

Our recently renovated holiday home, is a century old building equipped with all conforts, including Wi Fi and air conditioning, it has a spacious entrance, a lounge, two double bedrooms, a kitchen area, and two bathrooms: the double beds can be adyusteed to make two singles and there are a further double bed in the lounge, where is an elegant sofa-bed.
The rooms have all been carefully furnished, from the provence style wardrobe to the early 19 th century library, the modern kitchen area, to the travertine bathroom.
In one of the two rooms we can add a folding bed or a cot.

The present atmosphere is further benefitted by the holiday home’s convenient location: adyacent the Vaticano and the Torre S.Giovanni and a few the Vatican museum an S.Pietro.
Moreover the bus stop 50 m from the home will bring you in no time to Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza S.Pietro, Trastevere and other historical land marks
It is an ideal situation for a family or small group that want to book more than one B&B in the same building.

situé très prêt du Vatican dans une rue assez calme, appartement très propre mais voisins assez bruyant.vue la formule bed and breakfast nous pension avoir le petit déjeuner mais nous demandant 10 euros nous avons trouvé un restaurant drago d'oro près des marches en bas de la chambre qui nous faisait un cappuccino,croissant et jus d'orange frais pour 3 euros 50 que je recommande

Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer la propriétaire le dernier jour.à notre arrivée,une jeune fille nous a accueillis et parlait en anglais, un peu difficile pour nous. Nous avons apprécié l' appartement. Séjour magnifique.

L'appartement était parfait mais nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec le logeur. Nous avons reçu la visite éclair d'une employée de maison qui est venue percevoir la taxe de séjour puis nous indiquer quand nous devions abandonner la location. Nous avons donc regretté l'anonymat et l'absence totale d'informations.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für vier Erwachsene sehr großzügig. Die Busverbindung ist zu Stoßzeiten zwar sehr unzuverlässig, aber in weniger als 15 Minuten ist man auch zu Fuß am Petersdom.

We really did enjoy to stay there . Place is great. Very clean rooms. Kitchen very nice .Wilma -lady who take care of us was very polite and friendly(never seen the host).Very good location -close to Vatican and easy conection to center of the city. Highly recomended.

consiglio la struttura a tutti ,ottima pulizia, tranquilla, ottima posizione per mezzi pubblici (la fermata del bus 46 a 20 metri ti porta in centro, scomoda solo x il metrò- la stazione Cipro è distante e al ritorno quando sei un pò stanco devi farti un bel pezzo di mura vaticane in salita) e per piazza S. Pietro . Nelle immediate vicinanze (200-300mt) trovi rosticcerie e ristoranti con prezzi e qualità accettabili.
