Wer etwas "typisch Italienisches" und Gediegenes sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Gastgeberin ist eine ältere, durchaus moderne und sehr liebenswerte Seniora, wie sie im Buche steht. Mit ihr (und ihren 4 Wörterbüchern) kann man sich prima unterhalten und dabei eine Menge über Italien/ Rom erfahren; auch, wo man am besten das Champions League Finale gucken kann. Sie greift sofort zum Telefon und "besorgt" nachgefragte Informationen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer stilgerechten italienischen Immobilie mitten in einem Geschäftsviertel und liegt knapp 5 min zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt, so dass man auch abends, nach einem langen Rom-Tag, kurz nocheinmal auf den beleuchteten Petersplatz "rüberspazieren" kann. Außerdem ist man von der Wohnung aus sofort an der U-Bahn A und damit direkt ans Zentrum angebunden.

Francesca ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Allerdings ist das Frühstück sehr einfach: zwei Scheiben Toast, Konfitüre und verschiedene vakuumverpackte Gebäcke -also nichts Frisches wie Obst oder Käse . Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gross. Sehr gut:nachts ist vom Strassenlärm nichts zu hören. Allerdings wäre uns ein Doppelbett lieber gewesen. Das Etagenbett und das Einzelbett sind nichts für Verliebte....:-)). Das Haus liegt zentral. 5min zu Fuss bis zum Petersdom. Es hat Flair und ist ein typisches römisches Haus aus den Zwanzigern Für Sportliche: das Tiberufer ist schnell erreicht. Dort verläuft unterhalb der Strasse ein wenig genutzter Radweg. Hier können sich alle Läufer kilometerweit austoben und die Stadt geniessen Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert für Freunde und allein Reisende

Un grazie di cuore alla signora Francesca che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Sempre gentile e disponibile, con i suoi consigli per visitare la città, ci ha fatto passare tre fantastici giorni. Ottima la posizione del b&b a due passi dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano e dal Vaticano.

Accoglienza calma ma precisa in un punto della città strategico a pochi passi dai musei vaticani: sembra di essere ospiti nella casa di una prozia in un clima familiare con arredi essenziali old style. Durch die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie tat alles, um uns behilflich zu sein, ohne uns zu bedrängen. Das Haus - sehr schön und alt und mit hohen Decken - lag sehr günstig zu Vatikan und U-Bahn. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, welche in allen Dingen sehr bemüht ist. Durch die Nähe des Vatikans und der Metro ist der Ausgangspunkt zu allen Aktivitäten sehr günstig. Das Rouladenessen als Abschiedgeschenk für die Gastgeberin hat das persönliche Verhältnis intensiviert. Wir werden uns vielleicht in Deutschland wieder sehen. Danke für Alles Francesca!

Ms. Francesca Armari is a very friendly host. She is well prepared for her guest and provides dictionaries in various languages . She speaks herself , besides Italian, English and Frencvh. I had my own key and good take a shower even shortly before midnight. Interesting converationswith other guests.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour !! L'accueil était agréable, le logement impeccable et très bien situé pour visiter Rome à pieds ou à vélo. Petit déjeuner complet inclus au frais ou sur la terrasse à l'ombre. Et surtout n'hésitez pas à demander à Francesca des conseils sur les bons restos du coin car ils valent le détour !

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità della signora Amari sono ottime, così come la posizione del B&B, a due passi (letteralmente) da metro, tram e dal Vaticano. In caso si abbia bisogno di informazioni e consigli non ci si sente mai persi e si è certi di poter contare su una persona presente e capace di mettere a proprio agio gli altri. Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi viaggia in solitaria.

Francesca est très accueillante, parle bien le français. Elle nous a laissé le clés de son appartement. Le déjeuner était simple (tartines grillées) mais bon et avec le choix du nombre de tartines. Chambre très calme dans un bel immeuble, très proche du métro, des bus, des commerces et du Vatican. Je vous le conseille. Excellent séjour.

Ottima accoglienza. La Signora Francesca ti fa sentire a casa. Ottima posizione ad un passo da Piazza S.Pietro, raggiiungibile comodamente dalla stazione e vicinissima alla fermata della metro. Da non perdere per un soggionro a Roma. Noi ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Senora Francesca war sehr freundlich und angnehm, alles war zur besten Zufriedenheit meinerseits. Preis Leisungsverhältnis befinde ich für die allgemeinen (eher teuren) Verhältnisse in Rom als sehr gut. "Unterkunftsbedienungen" interpretiere ich als "Unterkunftsbedingungen", diese waren sehr gut, das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, hat mir persönlich aber nichts ausgemacht, ausserdem wurde bei der Ausschreibung darauf auch explizit hingewiesen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen, vielen Dank!

"Great Location. Reachable to Vatican by 10 or 15 mins walking and Metro Station is just one block away. Francesca is so nice, funny and made me feel at home. For beakfast, she offers fresh toasted bread with coffee, milk and sweet snacks. Everyday before I left home, she would remind me to take an umbrella with me. Everyday when I back home, we would chat a little bit with the help of her "Bible"(Italian-English dictionary). I will absolutely choose it again if I have any chance to be back Rome."
