Small attic flat recently refurbished located on the third floor without lift of a quiet building dating back to the early 1900s. The apartment is made up of 3 bedrooms all with windows with a view : one double bedroom and two double with single beds. Bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace with table and chairs where guests can have breakfast and spend time relaxing under the roman sun. Hairdryer and iron from sti, TV LCD available. The apartment is situated near the famous University Luiss Guido Carli, the Policlinico Umberto I and the University La Sapienza.

The bus lines stop 38, 80, 90, 62, 89. is at 100 m from the B&B and take directly to the various tourist spots .Villa Paganini and Villa Torlonia are a short walking distance.

Breakfast is not included and guests have free access to the kitchen. Guests can also avail of a coffee machine and various mix for making cappuccino and chocolate, as well as drinks and snacks.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilft gerne mit Informationen und Tickets. In der Nähe ist alles, was man braucht: Supermarkt, Restauraunts, Bushaltestellen. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen. Rundum zufreiden.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen (was in Rom eine Wohltat ist), der Bahnhof mit dem Bus jedoch in einer Viertelstunde erreichbar! Wohnung in Top Zustand, sehr nette Vermieterin!

Buona sistemazione, la proprietaria disponibile e gentilissima, la struttura un po' decentrata ma molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, l'appartamento molto bello e luminoso. Menzione speciale per il terrazzo, splendido per le colazioni.

Non sono riuscito a dormire con la mia moglie nel letto matrimoniale ,dovuto a la qualita' del materasso a molle sfondato , sono dovuto espatriarmi nella stanza accanto dove il materasso era buono ( buono anche quello della stanza della mia figlia ) .Spero andra' sistemato il materasso matrimoniale al piu' presto ( spetta a personne che fanno i turisti nella vostra bella citta' e sono stanchi a la sera ).Niente da dire per l'accoglienza della signora che ci aveva preparato un dolce suo per la collazione.Grazie.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement fin fevrier et passé un tres agréable séjour. Situé dans une petite rue très calme à 15mn du centre par les bus 80 et 38. L'appartement est tres agréable à vivre avec une terasse en plein soleil le matin, idéal pour les petits déjeuners. Les propriètaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires et font tout pour améliorer votre séjour. Nous conseillons cet appartement les yeux fermés.

Davvero soddisfatti; appartamento confortevole, pulito, in palazzina tranquilla e zona residenziale molto signorile. Possibilità di spostamento con metro e bus, secondo le preferenze personali. Davvero disponibile e molto educata la padrona di casa; attenta a consentirci un tranquillo weekend e molto molto gentile. Sehr nette Umgebung und Hilfbereitschaft seitens Inhaberin. Wir haben mehrere eMails ausgetauscht. Wir waren gerne in ihrer Wohnung! Anregung : Die Beschreibung, wie man vom Flughafen zu der Wohnung kommt, sollte vollständig und vor allem korrekt hinterlegt werden (z.B. nicht die Metro-Linie A führt zu einer 1000 meter entfernte Station, sondern die lInie B).
