The apartment, located on the first floor of a residential complex, with a concierge service, on the border with the ancient hamlet of Trastevere, overlooks, inside and outside on a beautiful garden on the Janiculum hill from which you enjoys one of the best views of the entire city, making it particularly welcoming, safe and unique to the area.
The apartment was divided into two charming and elegant suites in the predominantly light colors on the walls and floors, with completely new facilities and services. Particular attention was given to the rationality of the interior spaces associated with the elegance and efficiency of the furnishings as well as energy saving and low noise. Were chosen for this top quality window frames and double glazing associated with thick walls that allow in a natural and effective temperature have a very pleasant even in hot months and a quiet environment.
Each of the two suites is equipped with a security door and intercom, opens onto the living room divided into sitting area with large sofa bed for any overnight guests, color TV, dining area and kitchen (with stainless steel sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave, electric espresso coffee machine, cooking utensils and dining). Through a small hallway leads to the elegant bathroom with shower, sanitary ware and furniture of excellent design, and the bedroom, where the original furniture, custom made, provides excellent functionality and relaxation. From here we enter the storage room / closet with a safe and washing machine.

Payment Policy
A small (non-refundable) payment is required to confirm each reservation.
The outstanding balance is paid upon arrival at the accommodation or may be requested (totally or in part) by the proprietor several days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Normally, the cancellation may be made within 10 days of arrival otherwise you will lose your deposit
During the high season and during all the holidays the cancellation can be done within 20 days from the date of arrival, otherwise loss your deposit
