B&B is located in a strategically well-connected position: it is next to Via Appia Nuova; Line A underground station -Furio Camillo- is just 150 mt. (a short 5 minute walk) away as well as the railway station -Tuscolana- so that you can easily reach Fiumicino Airport; the area is served by several buses that will take you to all main historical and tourist places too. B&B is charming, finely decorated and it has been totally refurbished in may 2008. It is situated on the second floor of an elegant building, there is a lift and doorman service. It has three charming and finely furnished bedrooms with shared bathroom and equipped with all modern comforts, parquet floor and color TV. One large room that sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. It has one double bed (queen size) and two twin beds. The second room is a double it sleeps 2 adults with a double (queen size bed) bed. The third room also sleeps two and has two twin beds. Daily cleaning is provided. Our rates include linens and towels and Italian breakfast. Keys are available so you can be totally independent; owner lives on property. Our philosophy is to offer a fine vacation place for your visit in Rome, The Eternal City. Rates range 45 euro to 130 euro depending on the room and time of year.
