The BB is on the second floor of a building located near Balduina, about two kilometers from the heart of Christendom, St. Peter, and at a short distance from the astronomical observatory of Monte Mario from which you can see the whole spectacle of Rome (unmissable at evening).
Consisting of three finely furnished rooms including two double rooms with air conditioning, double bed and additional bed and one single all furnished in modern style and paved floors. Each room is equipped with central heating, TV, desk, bedside tables, hanging clothes, hanging towels and spacious closets.
Also available to all our guests there is a large lounge where you can enjoy breakfast, relax and read a book or watch satellite TV comfortably seated on our comfortable sofas, or connect to the internet using a PC desktop. The whole house is covered with WiFi connection open and free for all our guests.
The two bathrooms fully furnished, one with shower, have recently been refurbished and are outside the rooms. At disposal of our guests linen, bath shower and two hairdryers.
