The appartment is very conveniently located, just 5 minutes away walking from the Vatican Museums. Ms. Luisa is a very helpful and charming hostess and provides excellent advice about the tourist attraction in Rome. Breakfast was very nice, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and the fruit salad made of strawberries, banana and kiwi. Ms. Luisa offers free minibar service with mineral water, orange juice or coke. It is an excellent value for money, I totally recommend this place for short stays in Rome.

La situation de ce logement près du métro est appréciable. La qualité du décor est à revoir sérieusement (sale, surchargé et vieillot) MAIS Mme Mattiussi est une personne charmante, disponible et offrant un généreux petit déjeuner. Aussi, suis-je donc satisfaite de mon séjour.

La atención de la dueña del departamento fue muy cálida, amable y de predispocición...sólo creo que debería afianzar un poco más el dominio de la segunda lengua (inglés), ya que si bien entiendo el italiano, no lo hablo muy bien, y hubo pequeñas cosas que no entendía y ella no podía explicármelas en inglés o españo (soy prof de inglés y hablante nativa de español). Por lo demás, el servicio fue muy bueno.

Luisa war eine äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind klein, aber zweckmässig. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms sind von der Unterkunft aus gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Trotz zentraler Lage direkt hinter den Vatikanischen Museen ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig, was für die lebhafte Stadt Rom nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Extraleistungen in Form von Getränken und Früchten schätze ich besonders.

Séjour très agréable dans un B&B climatisé, très calme (au dernier étage sur cour) et très bien situé. Mme Luisa est une hôtesse charmante et très prévenante, les bouteilles d'eau et jus de fruits à volonté ont été les bienvenus par la chaleur du mois d'août ! Si je reviens à Rome je retourne sans hésiter à cette adresse.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber und hat ein eigenes Bad. Ich würde jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

La signora Luisa è davvero premurosa e affabile, quindi grazie alla sua cortesia mi sono sentita davvero a casa. Inoltre, si preoccupa anche di dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Non da ultimo, la posizione è centralissima dato che la camera è praticamente dietro ai Musei Vaticani, a neanche 10 minuti a piedi da San Pietro, che alla sera è ancora più bella e suggestiva...

Vorrei consigliare vivamente la stanza dalla signora Luisa che è stata molto gentile e carina con me. La stanza era molto centrale, vicino al Vaticano. Ho avuto una camera con il bagno e ogni giorno una colazione molto abbondante. La signora Luisa e di una simpatia estrema e mi sono sentita veramente a casa mia.

The hostess is a very generous woman who is very flexible. Breakfast was more than I had expected of an Italian breakfast. The B&B is only at a 2-minute walk from the Vatican Museums and very close to the shopping street and Metro station Ottaviano. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with an excellent restaurant round the corner.

Un accueil chaleureux et très bien situé. Luisa une vraie mama italienne vous accueil avec le sourire, malgré son anglais/français limité. Je recommande fortement ce B&B, avec son très bon petit-déjeuner servie dans votre chambre, on se sent comme à la maison. Il ne faut toutefois pas compter sur des conseils touristiques.

This is a comfortable though basic single room and bathroom offered in a private apartment. Close by the Vatican and well positioned for the metro to city center. Luisa is a most gracious hostess. The breakfast is excellent and a fruit basket and cold drinks offered gratis on a daily basis was generous, unexpected and most appreciated.
