This sixth-floor flat is in a elegant building with lift, located in the Prati district, 10 minutes away from the Vatican City and from the Lungotevere . It includes one double bedroom with sofa-bed and one single room (this one only for women) that is available to only-women guests . Both of the rooms are complete with a balcony and TV. The bathroom with tub is to be shared. The décor is extremely elegant. Breakfast is served by the owner in the lovely dining room. Line A underground station Lepanto is at 700 m, while buses 628, 280, 224 stop at 200 m.

L'hôte est très accueillante et de bon conseil. L'appartement est propre, rangé et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec chaque jour une pâtisserie italienne différente à goûter. Le quartier est calme et sécurisant. Je conseille seulement de demander un plan de bus à l'hôte pour rentrer plus facilement car le distance à pied du centre ville est un peu longue. Je recommande !

The hostess Signora Maria-Assunta was not only charming and welcoming, but also very helpful. She went out of her way to explain the transport/bus itineraries, accompanied the guest (me) to show me where the bank was, and made me feel very comfortable and welcome at all times. She was most courteous. The apartment was very elegant, and breakfast was of good quality and most copious (I could only eat a third of what she put before me every morning). as a client I am fully satisfied of my first experience through BBItalia and i have recommended BB Italia to all my friends. Accueil aimable. Petit déjeuner sympa tous les matins (boissons différentes, pâtisseries italiennes différentes chaque jour. L'appart est un peu loin pour des allers retour Centre / Vieille ville a pied. C'est un peu gênant si vous marchez toute la journée et rentrez tard le soir qd il n'y a plus de transports en commun. A partir du centre historique c'est 10€ en taxi donc cela reste abordable. Tram et métro pas trop loin. Je recommande pour dormir à Rome sans dépenser une fortune. Quartier très calme

La amabilidad de la señora y el desayuno excelente! El baño siempre limpio y la habitacion limpia y comoda. Un poco alejada del centro pero el barrio es muy bonito y hay buses cerca.

Très aimable mais nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit (1h30 du matin), et après avoir sonné plusieurs fois, nous avons du nous résigner à passer la nuit sur le palier (jusque 6h du matin). Bref, je conseille fortement ce B&B mais pour des heures d'arrivée en pleine journée.
