Payment Policy

A small (non-refundable) payment is required to confirm each reservation.

The outstanding balance is paid upon arrival at the accommodation or may be requested (totally or in part) by the proprietor several days before arrival.


Cancellation Policy

PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ADULT OCCUPANTS 2/3 Price includes: - fourth extra bed for child under 12 years FREE; - sheets, towels and household linen; - bottle of "welcome"; - Map of Rome, and calendar events; - free of charge local calls and long distance to landlines in Italy and Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland , United Kingdom, United States; - Wi-Fi and all the services specified in the "Penthouse" ( more ... ). - Transfers airports / stations on request - Booking service, ticket sales / packages of the ORP Price does not include: - final cleaning: 50 Euro for stays of less than 4 days and 70 euros for longer stays; - Overnight Fee Hall (2 Euro Person / night) - as per City Council Resolution no. 67, 28/29 July 2010; - 4% commission for payments using PayPall - Security deposit: 300 Euros, payable in cash upon delivery of the keys that will 'give it back. Cancellation policies: - Within 60 days from the date of the stay, no penalty - Within 45 days from the date of the stay will be charge 30% of the advance payment - More than 30 days from the date of the stay will be deducted the entire advance paid
