The other flat has independent entrance and comprises two double rooms with the option of a third bed, a private bathroom and a kitchen corner. Everything has been recently renovated: elegant furnishings with antiques, masonry kitchen, refined finishes, charming upholsteries and curtains. In the large green area before the buildings, there are the swimming pool, a red clay tennis court and a car park. The B&B is 6 km away from the centre of Pitigliano, a medieval hamlet placed on a tufa rock, renowned for its truffle food specialities. In the surroundings there are well-known places, among which Grosseto (30 km), Sorano (10 km), the thermal baths of Saturnia (10 km).
