In one of the most amazing streets of the historic centre of Perugia, a wonderful apartment located at the ground floor of old palace with a tower of 1500. The house is only few meters from the main Corso Vannucci, where are the most famous palaces, museums and monuments of the town, which is rich in cultural, musical and artistic events.
The large dining sitting room with old furnitures, painted and vaulted ceilings, which give the house an "old times" atmoshere, has a tv, dvs amd cd player, stereo hi fi, a small library, free internet connection at the guest disposal.
The bedrooms are spacious and sunny, one of them has an internal bath with tub, the other is external to the room and has a shower. One haidryer and a fan is in each room. Each room has a double bed, it is possible to add one bed for chidren and another single bed.
The kitchen is small but well equipped with all necessary for use: electric cookers and oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, ttoaster, washing machine ( located in one of the rooms)
Gas alimented heater, electric boiler for hot water.
The 2 bedrooms are the most in quietness and silence.
