In the Teatro Massimo area we have two Bed & Breakfast facilities which are located in liberty buildings. They are near the port, the central railway station, and the bus station. Our central location will allow you to easily reach the most fashionable palermitan pubs and restaurants on foot as well as several interesting artistic sites.
Our flats, totally renovated and carefully furnished with ethnic style pieces, are extremely comfortable.
The rooms with air condictioning are relaxing, spacious and clean, and all differently furnished, thus to make each one unique. All the toilette are outside rooms, some are in common some are private. Both have airdryers, towels and soap.
The relaxation room, with vaulted ceiling, is the place where guests can meet, relax, read a book, watch TV and play different instruments such as guitars, drums and so on.
The point of strength is the artistic drive. You will be able to visit our permanent exhibitions of paintings and take part in music workshops.

 By car
Exit “Corso Calatafimi”, continue until the end arriving in Piazza Indipendenza and make ¾ of the roundabout and go on “Corso Vittorio Emanuele”, turn the first street on the left “Via Papireto”, and follow the indications for “Via Volturno”, go along for ¾ of it, and on the right there is the house number 6.

Take the bus 101 or 102 or 107 , get off at the fifth stop, go on “Via Bara all’Olivella”, in front of you there is the “Teatro Massimo”, walk around it until its back and the tree-lined street in front of you there is “Via Volturno” . The second building on the left is the house number 6.

Take the bus of the company “Prestia e comandè”- get off at “Teatro Politeama” stop– go on “Corso Ruggero Settimo” walking or by bus (101\102\107) until “Piazza Verdi”, go behind “Teatro Massimo”-the tree-lined street in front of you is “Via Volturno”. The second building on the left is the house number 6.
