The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, just 200 meters walk from the famous Massimo Theatre and 50 meters from the Regional Archaeological Museum "Antonio Salinas", and nearby are restaurants, nightclubs and shops, where you can taste Palermo dishes and let enchanted with the picturesque streets of the old town.
You can easily reach the main arteries of the city, Via Roma and Via Maqueda and via Libertà, as well as walking in the local markets of Ballarò and Vucciria where you breathe the essence and colors of Sicily.
The apartment was renovated in August 2009, is located on the mezzanine floor of the historic building Ramondetti-Sammartino, built in the second half of the seventeenth century.
The structure is a one-room apartment for 3 persons, furnished in minimal style, which has a fully equipped kitchen, Refrigerator grossed up, a table for 4 people, microwave, air conditioning, TV, two comfortable bed chairs, who can become a double bed, and a room with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Our guests will be welcomed into a family atmosphere and will be driven with courtesy and competence to the discovery of Palermo.

Take the bus line 101 or 102 that goes on Via Roma and get off at Via Cavour, than reach Via Bara all'Olivella (cross street on the left of via Roma immediately after the Central Post Office and before the Via Cavour), then on the left in P.zza Olivella until you reach a fork and stay on the right which is Via Giuseppe Patania. Reach number 58. You have arrived!

From the Airport "Falcone Borsellino Punta Raisi, you can take a bus" Prestia and Comandè "that in about 30 minutes takes you to the stop Politeama. Get off here and continue on foot by Ruggiero VII straight forward till you reach Massimo Theatre . Take the street "via dell'orologio" on the left, till the end when you reach ,after 50 meters, Piazza Olivella. Than on the right until you reach a fork and stay on the right which is Via Giuseppe Patania. Reach number 58. You have arrived!
