The B&b lies in the ancient and evocative Sferracavallo, a renowned Palermo bathing resort and a well-known tourist destination. Sferracavallo crystal-clear sea, its landscapes – like the seaside Reserve of Capo Gallo- and its gastronomic specialities attract many tourists every year. The B&B is very near to the seaside (less then 100m. far from the sea), and you can reach there with a free bus service.

The railway station and the bus stop are within easy reach, and you will be in the centre of Palermo in less then 15 minutes. Thanks to its strategic position it will also be easy to reach suggestive tourist sites like:Mondello, Monreale, Cefalù, Erice , Imera, Segesta, Selinunte etc. or important structures and facilities like: “Barbera” Stadium, the cycling stadium “Falcone-Borsellino”, the “Palasport”,the Airport, the Port, the railway station. The b&b is made up of two floors, as well as a wide terrace.

The first floor includes a huge living room and an airy court yard with a functional oven - where you can have your meals and relax. An elegant sitting room with a huge library is also at guests disposal. Each of the three confortable rooms (triple, double and single) has an internal bath-room, an LCD television, a fridge, air-conditioning and heating systems. The wide (terrace includes: a shower, a functional kitchen and a roof-equipped space where you can have your meals, pleasantly protected from summer heat.
