Studio flat in a residence directly at the Lake Maggiore; the apartment: About 25 sq. m.; living-room with kitchenette area and two rollaway beds (2 people), bathroom with shower. Apartment overlooking the lake-front. Balcony or private outside space overlooking the lake-front, with garden table and chairs. Accessories: all the apartments are furnished and have bathroom, cooking facilities with grids and electric ovens, refrigerators, kitchen utensils, linen (for bed, bathroom and table), a telephone, video intercom, colour TV with satellite antenna connected to the main American and European channels, a safe and armoured door. Characteristics and other facilities: private beach, car park, solarium terrace, two of the apartments are equipped for the accommodation of disable clients, safe box, telefax facilities. Internet wi-fi. Hire: (from May to September): motor boats (without drive licence), water scooter, pedalos, canoes, bicycles. Beach with deckchairs and sun umbrella. Hire of boye for the motorboats of our guests. Weekly stay Saturdaty-to- Saturday in July and in August; minimum 3 night in other periods. Bar - restaurant service on the beach, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
