The nineteenth-century classical style building located in the main street of Nice, Sicily, overlooking the Ionian Sea. It consists of a ground floor, where you will find the reception and the house of the owner. Plans I and II are the rooms and spaces for guests. The renovation of the villa has retained and improved all the existing structures, creating an atmosphere appropriate for a discerning clientele.

B & B is the ideal place to spend holidays and from which, eventually, to explore the beauty and monumental nature of the centers of the Valley of Nisi and eastern Sicily, including Taormina and Messina are just a few minutes by highway (A18) or from highway 114.

Five bedrooms (1 single, 2 double or 3 double and triple) are available to guests. The furniture meets the style of the building and all rooms have air conditioning, TV and internet connection.

The bathrooms in the room, lined with ceramic art, have a shower or bathtub, hairdryer and bathroom amenities.

B & B also has an extensive Mediterranean garden, which leads directly to the beach.
Breakfast is served on the terrace facing the sea, adjacent to the Salon.

In this place, where in every corner and in every aspect of living reflected in the Sicilian, always highlight the characteristics of a nineteenth century building, in particular, classic furnishings, the antique prints on the walls, ceramic table decorations, in appliques in the beautiful kitchen and in every little detail.
