The Villa is in an enviable position in the heart of the Tuscany countryside on the Strade del Vino Nobile or wine roads connecting such famous towns as Pienza and Montepulciano with Cortona and Castiglione del Lago with Trasimeno Lake.
Few km away are also cities as Arezzo, Perugia, Siena and thermal bath centers as Montepulciano, Rapolano and Chianciano Terme.
From the top of a hill, the magnificent podere or farmhouse dominates a vineyard Valley at whose end towers and bell towers of the Politian town rise like lighthouses.
The Villa is surrounded by vineyards and plantings allowing our guest to enjoy, in privacy, the peacefulness of the area.
The farmhouse has been restored without abandoning the idea of comfort.

 By car
from north: speedway del sole (Mi-Roma) A1 exit n° 28 Valdichiana - Bettolle. Taking the way to Torrita di Siena, at the traffic lights on the left, follow the road signs Via Nottola driving through untill you arrive in Gracciano. At the Crossroads go to the left to montepulciano stazione and continue to valiano. After the bridge on the motorway turn to the right at the second crossroads.
After about 3 Km you will find the farmhouse on the left. You can access through a boulevard of cypresses.
Optional: Motorway del sole (Mi-Roma) At Exit Valdichiana-Bettolle turn to the right, go onto the road to Perugia, exit to foiano della chiana and follow the road signs to chianacce. Keep driving until you have arrived at the crossroads. Here you go in the direction to pozzuolo for about 3km, you will find the farm-house on the left. You can access through a boulevard of cypresses.
From south: speedway del sole (Roma-Mi) A1 Exit Chiusi-Chianciano Terme, turn to the right; continue untill you will find the infos to Montallese, than turn to the left. Continue going forward and following the road signs to Sinalunga - Siena and go through Montallese,Tre Berte,Salcheto. Enter Acquaviva, going into the third lane to the right and follow the road signs to Valiano. Before you arrive in this little village turn to the right to Pozzuolo,and continue for about 3km. You will find the farm-house on the left, you can access through a boulevard of cypresses.
