Our friendly, relaxing home is a brand-new seaside villa, located within walking distance from the beach, and just 5 drive from Soverato. It’s a multi storey detached house with 4 spacious twin bedded rooms or en-suite. Moreover we offer the possibility to stay in a bright and comfortable flat overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Squillace and a restful scenic area. Our B&B has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open space with living room and kitchen providing all comforts such as washing machine, air-conditioning, sat tv set, mosquito-nets, wide terraces. Our guests can make use of a private parking space, a garden shower, a laundry room, a common fridge and a pleasant portico, where you can have occasional meals, As you can tell spotting the villa on the Google map, it’s a real short walk to the beach, only three minutes. Once there, it is possible to choose between public beaches and bathing establishments, which offer all kinds of comforts including food service.
