The smooth profile of the hills with his infinite chromatical shades, from the shiny green during summer to the deep red typical of the local cellars in autumn are the two main charachters of the landscape around this comfortable, quiet and silent house; a perfect startpoint for pleasant sightseeings to fascinating medieval towns or trough the vineyards of Sagrantino to some of the most prestigious cellars and farms of the territory where you can have a taste of typical and precious wines and foods of the region.
B&B offers you the comfort of easy, familiar atmosphere, made of unadulterated tradition and tasty foods. All is managed with care and passion by Lady Giorgia that provides to your needs kindly, with happiness and generousity. All rooms are very comfortable everyone with his own toilet to their side. There is either avalaible a room with an indipendent entrance, accessible to wheelchair users. Breakfast is rich, tasty and various. You can choose among sweet and salty meals, both with local or international foods avalaible. You can either choose to have your breakfast into your room or, during the warm season, outside in the yard. Private parking and a kitchen with a great hall are avalaible for customers, as like we're equipped of a free internet point. Finally: cats and dogs are welcome too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B&B near Montefalco. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and serene, and we had a lovely view from our bedroom window. Our room was excellent. . . comfortable bed, immaculate bathroom, clean towels daily. And the breakfast. . . WOW. It was truly a work of art, with cakes, fruits, savory items, tea, juice. Signora Giorgia was a delight, and I was happy that I spoke a bit of Italian so that we could hold simple conversations. I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone who wants to enjoy the Umbrian countryside and the fine restaurants of both Bevagna and Montefalco.

This was a very comfortable stay and we were treated very well by our hostess and her son. Excellent breakfasts, peace & quiet and great scenery. The house could use some door knob repairs and cobweb removal!

La sig.ra Giorgia ci ha accolto con tutta la disponibilità e la simpatia che abbiamo ritrovato in tutta la genta umbra. Il b&b è sulle colline, vicino ai centri di maggiore interesse e la campagna che lo circonda è stupenda. Grazie Giorgia! La tua simpatia e le tue colazioni sono indimenticabili!
