This Bed and breakfast is located in Milan near the San Siro stadium (1 km) which can be reached by foot. It is perfectly located for reaching the Rho exhibition center (10 km) and the Milanocity Fair (5 km). Guests may chose from 2 double rooms with shared bath on the upper floor of a villa overlooking a private garden. It is especially convenient for those wishing to visit Milan while remaining outside the chaos of the city. The accommodation is 50 meters from a bus stop that transports visitors quickly to the center and 2 km from the Line 1 subway (Lotto Fiera stop). Upon request rooms can be reserved for single use or triple use with an added bed.

Nice guy, who is obviously running the B&B, but definitely no "villa" and no garden view (but a building-site until 2015), quite far away from the city center (but nearby the Meazza Stadion) and rather expensive.
