A flat situated on the third floor of a building with lift in the central district of Porta Venezia. Guests enjoy a very bright spacious double bedroom fitted with TV and large balcony, and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The colourful and personalized decoration has a “bohemian” flair. Breakfast is served by the owner in the living room which guests are free to use to relax. The tram-car stop is at 50 m from the B&B, while the underground station (“Porta Venezia”) is 200 m away. Smokers are not accepted.

The proprietor was nice and met us at the tram stop. He was very informative about Milano. I would have liked it better if the proprietor was present at breakfast (like those do at B&B's in the States). This provides a more personal experience which you do not get at a hotel.
The pro to this place was the location. Tram stop is close by (coming from Milano Centrale) and The Duomo and others attractions are close by on foot or by tram.
The only con to this place was the noisy trams which seem to run all night down our street. Unfortunately, this cannot be helped.
Breakfast was ok but felt it could have been better, even for a European breakfast.

Thank you Lucia - your communications with us were very welcomed. The accomodation and the courtesy of my hoast were very good . My observation in the negative would be that the tram made noise outside my room - not bothering me but it would have if my wife had been with me. The breakfast was very sparse for an Australian - i supplemented the regular breakfast fare of bread-toast, jam and coffee with fruit purchased from the supermarket close by. ( the supermarket is a plus as is also the proximity of trams and metro. ) I enjoyed my stay - regards Lyall williams
