In the splendid frame of the Narrow of Messina raises our B&B. Completly restructured with innovated solutions. It is situated in stlle on the 2nd floor of a structure of the 70s. The Residence is situated in a position of stradegy. It is 300 meters from the docking landing-stage Tourist/Caronte at a few steps away the bus stops and trams that join to the coast at the center of the town (2 kilometers more a less) and from the Train Station (2 .5 kilometers). Distance 1 kilometer of the turn-off Highway "Boccetta" and from the imbarcation of Aliscarf for Eolie Isles, and at 20 minutes fromToarmina and Milazzo. Moreover we find ourselfs at a few steps from the Fair town and The Regional Museum of Messina, where many Art pictures and Scultures from the 12th to 18th century.
For who loves the Sea-side, Country -side, nature, jogging, this is the ideal place to enjoy the enchanting scenery of the Narrow of Messina.
The B&B presents 5 rooms of which 4 doubles and 1 single. The single has modern furniture, with equipment of a satelite TV and fan. 1 double bedroom with seperated beds that also has modern furniture with satelite tv and fan.The other 3 double rooms are finely furnitured in Poor Art furniture equiped with satelite tv and Air conditioner.

The structure has a very big bathroom with a bath tub and shower box with all equipment as hairdryer, serviettes and wc covers.

We also have a big kitchen completed with all accessories where all the guests can sit comfortably to enjoy their rich breakfast based on Sicilian products: ice granite, briosches, small pastry cakes, fresh season fruit, different types of marmalades, tea, cappuccino, milk, coffee (espresso) cold or hot.
