In the historical centre of Meina, among the secular trees of a courtyard going back to other times, there is an amazing b&b for your holiday in the Maggiore Lake. The house stands opposite to Rocca in Angera and it lies 100 metres only from the beaches in Meina and few kilometres from the beauties of this green nice corner of Italy: Stresa, Borromee Islands, Val Grande, Pallanza, Orta Lake, Arona, Mottarone Mountain. Our B&B is your shelter, ideal refuge to spend relaxing days, cuddled by the quietness of the House and by the lake itself.
Built during the first half of 1900, the house has re-found its original cosy nature thank to a complete renovation and today combines intimacy and style. On the ground floor, the house opens in a wide bright and comfortable living-room: the stairs, the wooden door and the central half-stoned column help to convey harmoniously that peculiar touch of Country furniture which is widespread in the whole environment and makes a resting cheerful atmosphere.
Out of the living-room in the middle of the garden, ideal place to have breakfast, reading, sunbathing among rosemary and sage, flowers and tall evergreen trees that will catch your senses and will fill your hours up with quietness during your staying at our place.
On the first floor, Arcobaleno Room, with a beautiful straight sight on the lake, and Rugiada Room, gently viewing the garden, are waiting for you. Arcobaleno Room is particularly warm, bright and colourful: yellow and red as main colours let energy and liveliness come out merging with yourself every morning. From its balcony, you can stare the lake and the Rocca in Angera.
Rugiada Room is soft, intimate and romantic: the shades of blue and white will be hugging and cuddling you sweetly and will make you dream before falling asleep.
Both rooms have a doublebed and their own private toilets, elegant and refined, modern per commodities and ancient per style.

 Andrea was a cordial host. He helped with suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Storage was a problem; we lived out of our suitcases.

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl gefühlt, wurden herzlich aufgenommen und von Anfang an wie gute Freunde behandelt. Andrea ist ein charmanter Gastgeber und treffsicherer Berater für gastronomische Anliegen. Wir werden ihn mit Begeisterung weiterempfehlen, hoffen jedoch, dass er nicht gleich auf Wochen hinaus ausgebucht ist und wir trotzdem wieder einmal ein paar Tage bei ihm verbringen können!
