Saturnia is built on a tufa stone outcrop overlooking the Albegna river. It was an important town both in Etruscan and Roman times and many historical remains still survive: the Via Clodia, the Roman Gate etc.
Saturnia is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and well being vacation, enjoying the famous spa, with its swimming pools, where water has a temperature of 37°C and water gym, massages and other beauty therapies are on offer. Nearby Saturnia it is possible to go and discover many places of cultural and historical interest: the so called “Tufa Towns”: Sovana, Pitiglian, Sorano, Montemerano, Manciano and finally Scansano, famous for the excellent Morellino wine (vino DOCG).

In forty minutes by car it is possible to reach the seaside (Argentario, Porto S. Stefano, Porto Ercole, Giglio Island) or Mount Amiata, a well known ski resort.
The apartment is on the second floor of an historical building in the center of Saturnia and it can host 5 people and has been recently restored end elegantly furnished.

It comprises: A living room with a complete kitchenette corner, comprising tableware and kitchenware. A double bed bedroom with annexed bathroom (Shower and tub).A second room with antique fireplace and a sofa that becomes a double bed and an ensuite smaller bathroom.A winding staircase leads to a mansard, with single bed bedroom.

In the apartment there are a washing machine, a hair drier, electric fan and electric iron.
The heating system is independent.
