Our B&B is a budget, family-run, Tuscan Bed & Breakfast that is ideal for those who want to travel and visit the town of Lucca, enjoy the genuine, local atmosphere of the place, for a reasonable price. Our guest house is located in the immediate nearby of Lucca centre, just a few hundreds metres from the Medieval Walls (Porta Elisa is the nearest gate, which is reachable just in 4 minutes on foot).
The B&B has been recently renovated in rustic style and has a garden area, in the front and in the back, where during the summer guests can enjoy their breakfast or simply relax. There is also a free parking area, and just around the corner a bus service is provided, connecting to various areas of Lucca and to the station.
The property has: 1 single bedroom with private bathroom, one double bedroom with private bathroom and two double bedrooms with shared bathroom (the three double bedrooms are also for single use) and 2 triple rooms with private bathroom (where you can add a fourth bed, please contact the call center for assistance). The rooms are decorated in cream, blue, and magenta colours and refurbished in rustic Tuscan style, all equipped with heating and air conditioning system, TV , Internet connection, bath products, towels, hair drier, coffe facilities, possible use of the iron and iron board and fridge. We provide Italian Breakfast (coffee/the/milk + biscuits/toasted bread and jam + briosche/yougurt) but if you want you can have also continental breakfast with an extra charge. We also provide a free transfert service to/from the station at your arrival-previous notice to the host.
With an extra charge we can also provide lunch or dinner based on typical Tuscan specialities, baby-sitting service, aereoport transfert, bicycles rent.
Guests will be welcomed by the local host (we speak English, Spanish and German)that will be pleased to help and give directions, information on the city and the local attractions. Interesting places that are worth visiting, besides Lucca city centre, are the near town of Garfagnana, Viareggio, Pisa, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Firenze, etc. All these towns can be reached by train, by car or by bus in half an hour, one hour.
