The B&B set on a hill, deep in the green countryside, surrounded by woods, easily reachable by car, the residence, very recently renovated, offers six rooms to rent.
Each room has a bathroom en-suite provided with a hydro-massage shower, air-conditioning and heating, all included in the price. The furniture, totally news, has been chosen with particular taste and care .
In the hall there are sofas and a large satellite flat TV.The swimming-pool is outside and it has a salt purification system.

Also included is a buffet breakfast which is served in a wide and bright room, or on customers’ request in the swimming-pool section as well. Also towels and bed linen are included in the standard price.
Private parking area and Internet connections are available. On request it is possible for customers to use a washing machine for their laundry.

Pleasant walks in the neighboring area and excursions in the woods surrounding our B&B are also possible.
The Villa is suitable for organizing receptions and meetings for small groups. In the towns nearby it is also possible to rent bikes, mopeds and cars.

Nearby there are also interesting attractions: the Lari Castle from a historical point of view, and the thermal baths in Casciana and San Giuliano for their “wellness centers”. Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, Firenze and the sea are easily reachable.

In the farms of this region it is possible to find genuine typical products such as famous Tuscan wines, appreciated olive oils, honey and jams which are sold on the occasions of fairs and folk and cultural festivals as well. Renowned are the wine offer and the production of olive oil (olio extra vergine di oliva) in Terricola and Chianni, two places not far from our B&B.

The village of Lari has a very ancient origin which is proved by Etruscan and Roman ruins; it can be reached in a few minutes from our B&B and it is situated in the heart of a hilly landscape dominated by the imposing Castle of Vicari (XIII-XIV centuries a. C.). .), whose ancient beauty is today used as a special setting where conferences and weddings are organized, always meeting with customers’ great satisfaction.
The old part of the town keeps many medieval monuments like the town walls, the entrance gates and various historical palaces. Thanks to the quality of its landscape and its historical and artistic heritage, Lari has had the “Marchio di Qualità Turistico-Ambientale” and it has been assigned the Orange Flag, that is it has been acknowledged as a place of natural, artistic and environmental interest.

A great number of rural itineraries take to villages scattered in the countryside surrounding our B&B where you can relax and taste the local specialties. Visitors can easily travel these routes on foot, by bikes or on horses. One of the best itineraries is “La Strada del Vino” (the Road of the Wine) that crosses the small village of Fauglia and the old town of Santa Luce.

The geographical position of our B&B makes easier to reach some of the most famous places in Tuscany and many of them are really at a close distance from our B&B.
Actually, at a very short distance famous art cities like Florence, Pisa and Siena, the towns along the “Via Francigena” (the ancient road between Rome and Canterbury), the Tuscan coastline with the seaside resorts of the Versilia and the area near Livorno can be visited.
Furthermore, it is possible to enjoy a great variety of thermal treatments, for example, the Thermal Baths in Casciana or San Giuliano Terme, or, to visit the artistic and monumental remains of close towns such as Volterra and the splendid villas in Crespina, which were the homes of rich landowners from Livorno and Pisa.
