This residential complex is the truely original Chianti country hamlet, made up of three buildings, separated by a farmyard paved with local stone that nowadays is used as a panoramic terrace. The farm is situated on a hillock that dominates the valley of Vigamaggio, 25kms from Florence, 33 kms from Siena and 1 km from the medieval hamlet of Panzano (locality of Greve in Chianti). Guests are accommodated in the main building in a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a single bedroom. All the rooms are different, have double glazing and sound proof doors, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The bathrooms are decorated with hand painted ceramics. Great attention has been paid to detail. All the furniture is antique, there are coloured fabrics with imaginative patterns and vivid colours on the beds, armchairs, sofas and windows. All the rooms have air-conditioning and heating, satellite TV, VCR, minibar and telephone. There are hand-made tiles on the floors, wooden beams on the celings. From the windows guests can enjoy breathtaking scenery. Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 10:00 in the dining room of the main building or, weather permitting, on the terrace. Guests can choose from a buffet with milk, tea, drinking chocolate,home made cakes, jam and marmalade, honey, orange juice, corn flakes and muesli. For an extra fee, guests can have egg, cheese, cold meats and fresh fruit. Exclusively for B&B guests, restaurant service is available on request. The farmhouse also has a swimming pool (14x7metres), from where guests can admire the beautiful surrounding countryside.
