BED & BREAKFAST PRINCIPE  

Genoa is a naval city characterised in the old town centre by a myriad of little squares and alley ways. The symbols of the city are the famous lighthouse known as 'the Lantern' and the monumental fountain in De Ferrari Square which is at the crossroads of the city. The old hamlet of Boccadasse near Corso Italia street shows a particularly charming side of the city with multicoloured boats and old houses. The international Cristoforo Colombo Airport is in Sestri Ponente about 10 km from the centre and is connected to the Principe railway station by buses that depart every hour. The B&B is located 200 metres from the Principe Metro station (very handy for those travelling by train) and is in one of Genoa's most beautiful historical squares designed at the beginning of the twentieth century and decorated in a neo-gothic style by the architect Gino Coppedè. It is surrounded by a garden in Liberty style that offers a wonderful view of the entire city and the gulf. For guests there are two spacious twin bedrooms with private bathrooms, TV and air-conditioning. The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished.

A wonderful experience. A truely amazing building and B&B, and fantastic location. Great views. Our hosts were attentive and helpful but rarely there - a very hard combination to perfect! Thank you :)
