The accommodation is in Florence centre, 400 m from the Cathedral, and 500 m from Santa Maria Novella railway station. It is a two-storey flat: on the first floor there is a breakfast room (as an alternative breakfast can be served in the garden in front of the house); on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two singles and a double. A bathroom with shower is shared by the three rooms. It is simply furnished in a youthful and informal style. The common area is fitted with air conditioning. It is possible to use a nearby car parking at a fixed price.
