B&B 1 kilometres from the Santa Maria Novella railway station, right beside the historical centre and just a short walk from the Basso Fort, the city’s main trade-fair centre. A great location for reaching all the main city sights on foot like the Duomo or the famous Uffizzi Museum. The accommodation is only 6 kilometres from Florence’s Peretola Airport which is easily reached by the shuttle bus from the Central Station from where all the bus lines leave that pass close to the B&B. For guests there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. All have private bathroom and TV, are carefully and tastefully decorated, have wrought iron beds and nice pastel pink walls that create a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is served in the dining room and on request there is a babysitting service.

everything was very good. the hostess was very nice. i would recommend installing airconditioning , as it would get very warm at night. and if ur staying in during the day.

On the positive side, room and bathroom (separate, not en suite) were decorated and furnished with style, very nice! The bed was quite comfortable, and the b&b is close to Florence's central train station. Breakfast was a bit small for my taste (1 croissant, 2 rusks, tea/coffee, some marmelade/Nutella, juice), though maybe one cannot ask for much more as Italians are not known to eat much for breakfast. The biggest drawback of this b&b, however, is its location. Even though the room faces a quiet side street, a heavily frequented main street is only a few buildings down the side street and the traffic noise from there was very prominent even if I shut the (single-paned) window. So, if you are sensitive to traffic noise, I would recommend staying in a different b&b. If not, this one is a nice option.
