This B&B is located near the central train station in Florence Santa Maria Novella. Its strategic location makes it an excellent starting point for discovering the historical center, which is a Unesco world heritage site. In only 10 minutes on foot guests can reach Piazza del Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. The Galleria dell'Accademia, where visitors can admire the beauty of Michelangelo's David, is also easily reached on foot within several minutes. The Palazzo dei Congressi and the Fortezza da Basso, exhibition centres, can be reached in just 4 minutes. The B&B has 6 rooms, all with private bathrooms, two of which are outside the rooms. Heating and adjustable air conditioning is available in all rooms. The rooms with ensuite baths also have TVs. Two double rooms can be booked as triples upon request. A small elevator is available for guests if necessary. For those arriving by car there is a parking garage nearby that charges a small fee.

 We had two types of rooms, so the comment is not easy.
90 steps to one appartement, that's sports!
Nice bathrooms for two rooms. Everything clean.
Much privacy in the appartements; but no coffee making facility.
Breakfast (only for 2 rooms) on sunday terrible. Go out to the cafe on next corner.
