At only 30 mts from the Cathedral (the Duomo), a 7 min. walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station, only a few steps from all main sites as Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia with the David by Michelangelo, The Ponte Vecchio, the market of San Lorenzo. An incomparable strategic position in a charming and clean place.
Completely renewed in 2007, all our rooms are furnished with private ensuite bath, air conditioning, Lcd Tv, heating, linen. Cleaning service every day.
No breakfast served here but, just next door, there is "Scudieri" one of the most famous bar in Florence.
Agreement with a public garage to park your car for Eur 25,00 p/day including valet service.
Museums reservation service: strongly suggested to avoid long stay in line we'll look at without any charge from our part.

 By car
Suggested exit FIRENZE-CERTOSA on the highway A1 Milano-Roma;
in Piazzale di Porta Romana enter the ancient City Gate: ignore the no-entry the limited traffic area (ZTL):
as a tourist you are allowed to enter central area;
follow Via Romana, then Via Maggio, cross the Santa Trinita bridge, enter Via Tornabuoni in front of you;
at the end turn righr in Via degli Agli, enter Via de Pecori (remember that you are allowed to);
turn left in Piazza dell'Olio and, at the end, turn left in Via Cerretani:
Goal! We are on your left, at no. 1 black, first floor (lift).

From Firenze Santa Maria Novella, the main train station, enter the Via Panzani to the Duomo;
continue in Via Cerretani: we are on the right side, at no. 1 black first floor (lift), just after the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore.

From the Amerigo Vespucci Airport, catch the shuttle bus to Santa Maria Novella train station;
Enter the Via Panzani to the Duomo;

70% outstanding balance due before arrival
Free cancellation with 100% money back in case of annulment on the day of reservation
50% refund of amount paid for cancellations up to 10 days before date of arrival to accommodation, no refunds after that time.
