The B&B is in the 3° floor with elevetor of tipical building of Florence.A few minutes walking to the train station S.M.Novella and the famous monuments and museums of Florence.
The 6 double rooms are with 2 beds or 1 big bed,but if you want I have triple and quadruple rooms for family or groups.
All rooms are with air conditioning/heating,TV and wireless free.
All rooms have private bathroom with shower,soap,gel shower,towel and if you want hair dryer.
All days clean of rooms. 3 rooms are with balcony.
The breakfast is a buffet in the sala and you eat in the room.
The director have a map for you!

 hotesse accueillante et très aimable mais problème avec les sanitaires qui ne fonctionnaient pas du tout , aussi nous avons passé la première nuit sans chasse d'eau et des odeurs pesitlencielles dans la chambre . notre hotesse que nous avons informée le lendemain matin a fait ce qu'elle a pu pour remèdier à cela mais le système est , malgré tout à revoir !!!...

exit Florence South:direction Viali di Circonvallazione and Piazza della Liberta'.The next Fortezza da Basso.Arrived in Fortezza da Basso (on the left)across the bridge of train,arrive in the traffic light and 10 metres on the left,in the corner with Guido Monaco street is the B&B.
Exit Florence North:direction center you go street on for Viale Guidoni or Via di Novoli and to be continued for Viale Redi,you arrive in the traffi light and the next in front(on the right)in the corner wuth Via Guido Monaco street is th B&B.
