Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast, in a friendly atmosphere, quiet and private.
Located in an independent building with three floors of the early '900, recently restored, the B & B stays one of most lively districts of Florence, on the edge of the historic center, below the hill of Fiesole, between the Artemio Franchi stadium, the Mandela Forum and the European University. If you arrive by car, you'll have no problem for parking.
The public transport (bus No. 1A, 1B, 7 and C1) are very close to us and in a few minutes you can reach the city center and train station. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a living room overlooking the garden. There are single and double rooms, bright and elegantly furnished, well heated in winter and cool in summer, with TV and all other amenities.
The bathroom is private.
Among the other services we offer free access to the internet with WI-FI and the use of telephone and fax.
The use of the washing machine is subject to charges

Wenn einem vorbeifahrende Züge nicht stören, ist es eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Sogar vom Dom aus brauchte ich zu Fuss nur eine halbe Stunde. Das Quartier erinnert mich eher an das Florenz von früher. Eine gute Möglichkeit, dem Massentourismus in der Innenstadt zu entfliehen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bruyant comme endroit ; près du chemin de fer, un train passe à toutes les 5 minutes, chiens jappent régulièrement, grosse famille avec beaucoup de va-et-vient, bruit des voitures dans la rue. Petit déjeuner très pauvre (pain sec avec café au compte-goutte), et internet toujours down.

As someone said previously the only problem with this place is its location btw two railway lines. Your earplugs are your friends! Apart from that the place has good bus connections to the city, it is clean and friendly, the owners are really lovely and helpful.
