The B&B is a flat 15 minutes away from the town historical centre. On the first floor of a building in a peaceful area, the host welcomes guests to her nice home, light and tastefully furnished. Two double bedrooms with twin beds, with TV, are furnished in a cheerful and fresh style which reflects the host’s character. The private bathroom has bathtub. Breakfast is served on a gracious laid table in the living-room. Car park in the front courtyard available on demand. The bus stopping Line 6 at 50 m from the house runs into the centre in 12 minutes.

On demand Mrs. Simonetta is available to wash your clothes free of charge.

Che dire, ottima accoglienza, la signora è stata cordiale discreta e di grande aiuto quando la mia compagna è stata male a causa del lungo viaggio. Non penso che da altra parte avrei trovato tanta disponibilità, anche con gli orari. Veramente la signora Simonetta ti mette a disposizione la sua casa, e ci ha fatti sentire come a casa nostra; se non avessi avuto il suo aiuto mi sarei trovato veramente in difficoltà. In questo Bed and Breakfast ci siamo veramente sentiti come a casa, l'ospitalità della padrona di casa è stata eccezionale. Si arriva al centro di Firenze in 15' di bus (la 6). Di sera la zona è silenziosa e pertanto si dorme bene. Raccomandiamo questo Bed and Breakfast a tutti coloro che desiderano visitare Firenze!

Simonetta aime le contact et est très disponible. Elle n'accueille pas comme une simple " hôtellière" mais cherche à échanger tout en laissant ses hôtes libres et indépendants s'ils le souhaitent. Nous recommandons vivement ce B&B si vous avez aussi cette envie de communiquer. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu une boisson pour nous désaltérer, des renseignements sur les transports, les restaurants à proximité, les lieux à visiter etc...Et même un accompagnement jusqu'à l'arrêt de bus, une boisson à chaque retour, un cadeau de départ !!! Vraiment charmant! P.S : Simonetta parle parfaitement anglais !

Kommunikation vorab war ein bisschen schwierig, da sms nicht funktioniert hat und das leider nicht klar war. auf der persönlichen ebene konnte dann aber eine gute lösung für alle beteiligten gefunden werden und wir haben uns sehr "zu hause" gefühlt.

Simonetta è davvero gentile e disponibile, ti mette a proprio agio e non è invadente. La camera a due letti è piccola ma funzionale, con tavolino e sedia, televisiore e ventilatore a disposizione. La stanza da bagno è pulita, unico neo manca la tenda per la doccia.
