This B&B is located in Farnese, a small village in the province of Viterbo (37 km). A former twelfth-century bakery converted into a house, it has stuccoed stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and Art Deco design furniture. It has a double room with TV and independent entrance, bathroom with shower. It is set in the green “Selva del Lamone” which stretches for about 2,000 hectares between Latium and Tuscany; its peculiarity is represented by the so called “murce”, that is, enormous stone blocks covered with musk, which shelter foxes, porcupines, wild boars, and owls. The ruins of Castro are noteworthy: this city of Etruscan origin developed during the Renaissance thanks to the artist named Sangallo.
