A splendid villa built from local stone with modern architecture and many particularities facing Lake Pusiano and surrounded by farmland. The fields belong to the family farm that is now an agriturismo with varied products and animals, especially horses used for guided tours even for younger visitors. The house is made up of 3 suites composed of bed room with small living room, and private bath with shower and tub, TV and internet connection. There is also a single room with bath. Each suite has direct access to the garden and a view of the lake. In addition guests can use the large communal living room, kitchen and dining room. The furnishings are both antique and modern and reflect the style of the house. Each room has its own hair dryer and guests have the possibility of preparing small meals with a coffee maker, water boiler, mini fridge, microwave, etc. The house has a large garden with flowers, trees and a panoramic terrace. Nearby there are many lakes and the most beautiful mountains in Lombardy. Guests therefore can partake in sports of every type including skiing during winter with great slopes less than 30 minutes away. During winter there is a 10 euro surcharge per day for heating. The continental breakfast is included in the price and is delivered to each room. An international breakfast is also available for a small fee payable once you have arrived. The nearby sites include: Como (15 km), Lake Como (7 km), Lecco (13 km) and Bellagio (25 km).
