Residence of new construction run by a family, it is located in the touristic and quite zone of Domaso, characteristic fishermen’s suburb of Lake Como has carried on his historical peculiarity even with the discovery of his touristic vocation. Our vacation home consists of 8 two-room flats and 6 three-room flats which allow to host from 4 to 7 people each flat. They are all well customized and furnished with dishwasher, freezer, satellite tv, Wi-Fi connection, reserved garage and they have wide balconies and gardens south exposed. Solarium, two swimming pools (one with equipped for young kids), hot tub, sauna, gym, play room with ping pong and fussball and centralized laundry available for our clients.

Lake, stream, landing stage, stores, bars, pharmacy, banks, doctor, gas station, tennis, football,sailing, windsurf and water ski schools and church which can all be reached by foot( from 50 to 300 mt.)- hospital at 2 km- Menaggio golf club (18 holes), at 20 km.- International airport Malpensa at 90 km.- Milan 107 km- Como 53 km- Bellagio 25 km-Lugano 47 km- Saint Moritz 78 km. Domaso is a paradise for windsurf and saling lovers due to Breva, characteristic continuous wind and the clear waters of the lake and the wide beaches will give beautiful relaxed baths. The mountains around allow the possibility of pleasurable walkings, either by foot or mountain bike, surrounded by uncontamined landscapes, till 1800 mt of altitude.

Its lake, Como Lake or Lario, has always been known as an international touristic destination for its mild weather and its natural beauties and, due to its enviable position, has been known as a residence and relax zone. A lot of famous people, since the past, have been living or stayed along the Lario: form Plinio, Leonardo, Volta, Bellini, Byron and Adenauer to nowadays people as Klinsmann, Shevecenko, Seedorf, Mourinho, Versace, Madonna, Clooney and many more.

In low and middle season, from July 3 to August 27, minimum stay 3 nights with free arrival.
In high season minimum stay 7 nights, arrival only on Saturday

Deposit: € 150 in cash on arrival

N.B. Final cleaning does not include the cooking and decor of the kitchen must be left clean at the start, penalty charge of € 25.
