Historic restored villa with a magnificent lake view. Three rooms furnished with great care and include closet, night table, armchair and table with mirror. A TV is available in the living room below. Two communal bathrooms are at the disposition of guests. Fully equipped kitchen, garage, garden and bbq are also available. The abundant breakfast is served in the living room or upon request in one's room. From Dervio guests may choose to make excursions to both the lake and nearby mountains.

Meine Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Haus hat nicht die 1a Lage aber man hat einen wundervollen Blick über den See. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had the best view in Dervio right outside our window which was never closed during our stay. The common area was appealing and friendly but our room was magnificent.
