This B&B is located in Dervio, a small town on Lake Como, in a quiet area, away from traffic, a few meters (50 m) from the beach where guests can swim in the summer. At the same time it is just 5 minutes from the town center and train station, and just over 1 km from the SS36 exit that connects Milan with Valtellina.

B&B is a newly renovated villa that enjoys a splendid view over the lake and surrounding mountains. Available to guests are: 3 bedrooms situated on one floor, complete with chest of drawers, closet, and towels: - Gardenia: double room with private bathroom, Violet: double and Mimosa: single room (with possibility of adding a 2nd bed) with a bathroom in common use. There is a hearty breakfast buffet when guests wake up, which can be enjoyed in the living room or outside on the porch overlooking the lake.
