This B&B is located in Dervio, a small town on Lake Como, in a quiet area, away from traffic, a few meters (50 m) from the beach where guests can swim in the summer. In fact, the B&B is the ideal place for people who love both lakes and mountains. At the same time it is just 5 minutes from the town center and train station, and just over 1 km from the SS36 exit that connects Milan with Valtellina.

B&B is a newly renovated villa that enjoys a splendid view over the lake and surrounding mountains. Available to guests are: 3 bedrooms situated on one floor, complete with chest of drawers, closet, and towels: - Gardenia: double room with private bathroom, Violet: double and Mimosa: single room (with possibility of adding a 2nd bed) with a bathroom in common use. There is a hearty breakfast buffet when guests wake up, which can be enjoyed in the living room or outside on the porch overlooking the lake. There is a private parking in the courtyard for cars, motorcycles and mountain bikes. Services include: wireless internet, TV in the living area, and bicycles for guests.

Guests can enjoy the beauty of the lake and the surrounding landscape along with many sporting activities in Dervio. The town is internationally renown for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing and there are major centers that offer weekend and weekday courses for beginners or experts. Windsurf - Kitesurf: FUN SURF CENTER offers 3 types of courses, Beginner, Advanced, Kids. They also provide sales, equipment storage and canoe rentals. Mountain Biking: The surrounding area has many cycling routes of varying difficulty, for riders to satisfy their passion. Hiking: The mountains in the district, due to their varying heights, make it possible to practice various activities such as walking along the many trails through the woods and picking mushrooms and chestnuts. The peaks rise between 1,500 - 2,000 meters. Winter Sports: proximity to famous ski resorts, Madesimo, St. Moritz (1 hour) and Val Gerola (45 minutes), allows guests to enjoy skiing and snowboarding.
