The B & B is on the first floor of a nineteenth century mansion in the historic center of Catania, near Piazza Cutelli, with two rooms set on Via San Gaetano and two overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele.
Its strategic location in the heart of the ancient district of Civita, can reach the most important historical and cultural sites of the city in three minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Duomo, the Greek-Roman Theatre and the Teatro Massimo Bellini.
The property is only 5 minutes drive from the railway station, 15 minutes from the airport and is just 300 meters from the port.
The B & B was opened in March 2010, all rooms are tastefully decorated and show the old aristocratic atmosphere of the palace between the services offered: free Internet access with wireless network, two large shared bathrooms with bathtubs and showers for guests, large breakfast room with adjoining terrace for summer breakfasts, excursion on the Etna, Taormina, Aeolian Islands, Siracusa, Agrigento, Diving in the beautiful sea of the Cyclops.
