The Villa is a large privately owned villa run by a local (English speaking) Italian family, situated in the fishing village of San Marco di Castellabate, in the beautiful and unspoiled Cilento National Park. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool and is set in a lovely landscaped garden within walking distance of the village of San Marco and beaches. There is a local supermarket just 2 minutes walk away as well as a pasticerea (for your fresh bread) café, chemist, hairdresser & beautician. The villa offers 4 beautiful apartments newly built and well furnished with a terrace sea view for 3, for 5 and 6 people.

The coloured apartments have 2 double bedrooms, a dining room with the kitchen,a bathroom with bath, a terrace or garden .The Villa offers too 4 large fully en-suite double bedrooms available for rent on either a Bed & Breakfast basis or on a self-catering basis. Each of the bedrooms has a small kitchenette with fridge if self-catering is preferred. There is plenty off secure off-street parking.

San Marco di Castellabate in situated in the Cilento National Park. The village has a lovely harbour which is built over an ancient Greek harbour, still visible today. It has been awarded the Blue Flag for the clean sea. It is an ideal base from which to explore the many cultural & historical sites the Campania region offers such as the Greek Doric temples & museum at PAESTUM & the archaeological sites of POMPEII, HERCULANEUM & VESUVIUS. Take a day trip along the legendary AMALFI Coast, with towns such as VIETRI sul MARE (famous for its ceramics), RAVELLO with its beautiful Villa Rufolo , POSITANO an elegant and picturesque resort & the famous historical town of AMALFI. A short trip by ferry during the summer months will take you to the romantic isle of CAPRI (also can be easily reached by ferry from Sorrento). The grandeur of the 14th century Charterhouse of PADULA, a two hour trip inland from San Marco, is also well worth a visit as are the Caves of PERTOSA & CASTELCIVITA.
