Located on a farm where an agriturismo was created this independent apartment is about 3 km from the center of Casale Marittimo and only a few kilometers from the beaches of Marina di Cecina and Marina di Bibbona (9 km). The hosts produce and sell extra virgin olive oil and red wine. The apartment has a private entrance, bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony and is equipped with independent heating and hot water, satellite TV and parking. There is direct access to the garden. A third single bed can be added to the bedroom or the living room. Use of the kitchen replaces breakfast which can be provided for a small fee. Leisure facilities such as barbecue, mountain bikes and table tennis are available free of charge and guests are welcome to use the large panoramic terrace.
