This flat surrounded by a spacious and manicured garden is 5 minutes away from Cagliari centre. A double-bedded room, a twin-bedded room and a single, each of them with private bathroom fitted with shower, TV and private entrance, are allocated for B&B purposes. The original furnishings show a personal touch and a great care for details. It is adorned in pastel colours and soft lights. Breakfasts are served in the large sitting room complete with fireplace in winter, and in the garden in summer-time. Guests can enjoy a private car parking and computer facilities. The lady of the house is willing to cook local products meals and offers a babysitting service.

Puer essendo la Signora disponibile la colazione invece di essere preparata in loco è avvenuta con un buono per ciascuna mattina presso una pasticceria (rinomata a Cagliari) ..peccato che fosse chiusa per ferie.
